Bad Luck

This is the first piece I ever screen-printed. It uses the drawing fluid and screen filler method and was designed around the theme of luck.

A grumpy leprechaun holds his hat and stands next to a big, empty pot that is undoubtedly supposed to be filled with gold; above the pot are the words “where’s my luck?”; the words are all lowercase and in a sans serif font.

Below are two pieces from the process I used in creating this project. One is my original sketch of the leprechaun (I was initially against including the “where’s my luck?” text, apparently), and the other is the dark green color separation from when I did the actual screen-printing.
